About HKICT Awards
The Hong Kong ICT Awards were established in 2006 under the collaborative effort amongst the industry, the academia and the Government. It recognizes, promotes and commends the excellent achievements to which Hong Kong ICT professionals and organizations contribute. Steered by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, Hong Kong Productivity Council and Hong Kong Trade Development Council and organized by local professional associations, the Awards aims at building a large scale and internationally recognized branding of ICT awards of Hong Kong.
Best SME ICT Award
The Best SME ICT Award, which is one of the ten categories of the awards 2013, aims to encourage and recognize local SME companies’ development of innovative ICT solutions, and local SME end-user companies’ adoption of ICT solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity. It is organized by Information and Software Industry Association (ISIA) and steered by Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The Hong Kong ICT Awards 2014 Awards Presentation Ceremony
The Hong Kong ICT Awards 2014 Awards Presentation Ceremony was held on the 7th April at the Convention Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is an annual fixture to recognize Hong Kong’s outstanding ICT applications and solutions. On the remarkable ceremony, The Hon C.Y. LEUNG, the Chief Executive, The Hon Gregory SO Kam-leung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development and Mr. Daniel Lai, BBS, JP, Government Chief Information Officer were the Guests-of-Honour.
